We are in the home stretch of winter and my brain is already 100% in spring. I love easy dresses as soon as the temps rise. By easy I mean they are easy to pair with different shoes, they are easy to put on, and they move easily with my body because I feel like I’m constantly moving. Actually, writing blog posts is the longest I ever sit still, which is NOT easy.
I was chit-chatting with my friend Risa Kostis of RISTYLE Consulting and we both were oozing over the burgundy color popping up everywhere, more formally the Pantone color of 2015: Marsala. She said, “You know, it’s considered a neutral this season…”
I’m sure you’ve all heard of FitBit, but have you heard of MIRA???
I shy away from using lots of products in my beauty routine, mainly because I don’t have the time or mental space to be applying a million different things every day. Lately, I’ve been feeling quite pale and due to my adversion to product mayhem I didn’t want to introduce a tanner into my routine.
One of the season’s biggest trends is fringe. Fringe on my shoes, fringe on my purse, fringe on my skirt, fringe on my jacket (and I’m not mad about it.) With one great fringe piece you can manage a super simple outfit that looks like you tried, and since I’m a crazy busy mom I’m a huge fan of pieces that make me stand out and look polished without the effort.
