Necessary Clothing

I’m not sure if the people over at Necessary Clothing were thinking about this when they named the company, but lately I picked up two rompers from them, and they are necessary to my life. So over all, I’m really happy with the continuity of their brand ūüėČ

Mother’s Day

Motherhood is one of those things that you cannot prepare for. It’s hard beyond anything I’ve ever experienced, messy, and sometimes very thankless. As a mom I deal with an ongoing amount of guilt that I’m not doing things right, or not doing enough. I worry, every second of my day.. are they hungry, are they cold, did they watch too much tv, did I give them enough vegetables, was I too hard on them, was I too easy on them, are they safe, are their hearts full?

Recently Shane Co. invited me to be ¬†apart of their Mother’s Day campaign along side of two other AMAZING Mamas: @Avestyles, and @cardiganempire . I was over joyed to be a part of such a fun and sparkly project. What I didn’t realize is how this campaign would invite me to reflect on my experience with motherhood.

Vida Moulin

For a long time I have felt that Phoenix is playing catch up to bigger cities like Chicago and NY. I feel this sprawling desert is romantic in its own ways, but a bit behind in what it has to offer when it comes to fashion and diversity. I love to shop and I love to eat, and finding new places with charm and individuality is a very important part of my life. It sounds weird, but charm and individuality are what help me taste the small beautiful moments in life. This being said, Vida Moulin fits in the charming and very individualistic category.

Diamonds

Did somebody say diamonds?

As I run through life with two kids and my blog, and all sorts of crazy jazz, it takes something very very serious to slow me down to walking pace. Something serious like diamonds (as my eyes twinkle.)

Macy’s Diamond sale is on, and they have my attention, which is hard to come by these days. Now, I need¬†your undivided attention because they are giving an¬†additional 20% off these beautiful pieces with the promo code: JEWEL

Split Maxi

The Sheinside army green long sleeve split maxi dress is another really really reasonable buy (at $17.99). Army green is one of my favorite colors right now, it works so well with white or black accents. Even this gray hat did the trick. It looks beautiful on most skin types, and is a retro color that is currently deemed quite modern.
