    KISS

Have you ever wondered about getting lip injections? I have. I like my lips, but they aren’t exactly voluminous. I wouldn’t mind a little plumping action, but tend to shy away from actually getting injected in my lips because, well, it does not sound pleasant. I’ve tried lip plumping glosses and find they don’t really work and it’s not worth the sting that ruins the yummy wine I may have on a date night. I recently heard about the KISS by PMD and decided to give it a whirl because I couldn’t resist finding out if it works! I was so excited to try it and report back to y’all! About…

    eBay Fashion

Ok, I’m going to be honest, I used to be intimidated by eBay. My husband has been using it for years to sell furniture and items we no longer use, but I’ve shied away from the massive marketplace in fear that I couldn’t find exactly what I wanted. I’m going to venture to guess I’m not alone in those feelings. River Island

Arizona temps are rising! I’m officially in summer mode meaning: pools, resorts, and staying cool! I had fun styling three summer looks from River Island. I included the shapable links below. I loved these looks because I went for an elevated casual look, which is perfect for summer vacations. Elevated casual means you can go from the pool to dinner and still feel chic! I loved spending a day at the beautiful Fairmont Princess in Scottsdale, Arizona. It’s one of my favorite resorts and the perfect spot to photograph resort wear for the summer! A special thanks to them for having us there to enjoy the resort! Bring on the…

This Is What Motherhood Looks Like

When I had my Zara, I would I stand totally in awe, bouncing with this tiny newborn in my arms in the mirror, and I would repeat in my head, “look, you’re a mom! You are not the same. This is what motherhood looks like.” But That wasn’t entirely true for me. Motherhood is placing one foot in front of another every day… it’s a compilation of trials, and tears, and exhaustion, and pure joy. Motherhood is being strong when you want to cry, it’s crying when you cannot be strong anymore. It’s feeling fierce guilt that you yelled too loud too much, and fed them too many meals with cheese…

    Mixbook

Now a days I’m in search of moments. I’m in search of reasons to connect with my family. It’s easy to buy stuff, I’m in search of the things money CAN’T buy. I go to bed smiling when my kids share stories with me, or we have an extra fun night giggling really hard. So, when I have to answer the question, “What do you want for Mother’s Day?” Naturally my response is I want the good stuff, I want to feel the love of my children. Oh, and coffee in bed!  Mixbook was a really awesome way to experience that kind of love from my kiddos. Here’s how they turned…
