I recently tried out Clarins Double Serum Complete Age Control Concentrate for 2 full weeks before meeting up with Marissa to shoot. If I’m going to blog about a product I always use it by the directions and long enough to honestly reveal my results…

A Little Background

I’m 35 and not getting any younger. I’m the type that likes everything in moderation. What I mean by that, is that I do not do a lot of injectables or anti-aging procedures. I don’t spend tons of time doing anti-aging rituals at home (though, maybe I should haha), however, I have had botox, and I have done Micro-Needling. I use normally 1-2 anti-aging products on my face a day to keep it moisturized. I’m an open book when it comes to my skincare, however, I definitely feel I fit somewhere in the middle of the anti-aging spectrum when it comes to my skincare routine.

My Results

After two weeks of using the Clarins Double Serum in the morning and at night my skin was definitely more even. So even that I ventured to this shoot without any foundation on my face. I had my regular eye make up and bonzer, however felt completely comfortable shooting pictures of looks without any foundation. I do not wear foundation every day as it is, but I DO wear it every shoot to help my skin be as smooth as possible in professional pictures.

I love the Clarins Double Serum, I have continued to use it both in the morning and at night every day. It helps fight the dry Arizona climate, and keeps my skin even. It’s the perfect compliment to my current skincare regimen. I’m so excited to have found a serum that is easy to use, and healthy. Also, the scent is very light, which I like. Heavy scents tend to make me dizzy.

“Clarins’ innovative dual technology successfully combines [20+1] potent anti-aging plant extracts—both water- and oil-soluble—to ensure a perfect affinity with your skin. It is enriched with anti-aging turmeric to effectively target lines and wrinkles, even out skin tone, and boost radiance in as little as seven days.”
